1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Darya Shamshurina, self-employed (autónomo) in Spain, trading as 2 Rockets. Contact: hi@2rockets.io.

2. What data is collected and why

  • Contact form (name, email, company, message): to answer your request. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Guide form (name, email, company): to send you the guide and, if you agree, occasional emails about sales operations. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
  • Booking a call (name, email, company, the question you type, the time you choose): to hold the meeting and send the calendar invitation. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract (art. 6(1)(b)).
  • Website analytics (pages visited, device, approximate location from IP): to understand how the site is used. Legal basis: consent, given through the cookie banner (art. 6(1)(a)). Without consent, analytics does not run.

3. Who processes the data for us

  • Porkbun (Cloud for WordPress hosting, servers operated by Automattic), site hosting and backups.
  • The email provider of hi@2rockets.io, to receive form submissions.
  • Calendly, for booking calls, until replaced by a booking tool on this site.
  • Google Analytics, if you consent to analytics cookies.
  • WordPress plugins that store form submissions on the site itself.

Where a processor is outside the EEA, transfers rest on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. How long

Contact-form and booking data: up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted unless a contract was signed. Guide subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: per the analytics tool’s retention setting, at most 14 months.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time: write to hi@2rockets.io. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

6. Cookies

Necessary cookies run the site. Analytics cookies run only after you accept them in the banner; you can change your choice at any time from the banner link in the footer.

7. Changes

This policy is updated when tools or purposes change; the date at the top says when.
