A procedure before a task
You get a written procedure before you get a task, and you improve the procedure when it is wrong.
Numbers, not “done”
Every hand-over says how many came in, how many went out, what was excluded and why.
Remote, EU time zones
English as the working language; Russian and Spanish in the team.
Open roles
No open roles at the moment. Roles that come up: outreach operator (lead lists, campaign QA in Instantly), copywriter (cold email, sequences), research assistant (companies, markets, facts with sources).
